Biography

Kafari is in her third season with the Coyotes…in 2012, recorded top marks of 30-11 3/4 in the shot put and 103-11 in the discus...placed 12th in the Cascade Conference Championships in the discus...as a sophomore, placing 12th in the discus and 15th in the shot put at the CCC Championships...attended The C of I as a freshman, but did not compete...a 2009 graduate of Bishop Kelly High, where she competed in track and field… personal best marks of 38-feet in the shot put and 115-feet in the discus...also a talented debater, earning first-place in the 2010 Northwest Conference Tournament in the Novice Division … studying history …parents Simon and Martha Kafari.
