AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Uptmor is in her fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

2019-20: In track, competed in the indoor distance events, recording top-time of 5:37 in the mile, 11:19 in the 3,000-meters and 19:24 in the 5,000-meters. In cross country, placed 18th in the Cascade Conference Championships and 59th at the NAIA Championships, helping C of I win the CCC title and place second at the NAIA meet; recorded a career-best time of 18:42 at the CCC Championships; named to the CCC All-Academic and NAIA Scholar-Athlete teams in both sports.

2018-19: In track, recorded a season-best time of 5:09 in the 1,500-meters...named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team. In cross country, competed in five meets, including the CCC Championships, clocking a season-best 5,000-meter time of 19:12...named to the CCC All-Academic Team.

2017-18: In track, had top times of 2:32 in the 800-meters and 5:04 in the 1,500-meters. In cross country, placed 22nd at the Cascade Conference Championships and 188th at the NAIA National Championships; had a season-best 5,000-meter time of 18:45 at the Warrior Invite.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2017 graduate of Prairie High, where she competed in cross country and track; won the 1A state 800-meter and 4x400-meter state titles as a junior, while recording nine Top-8 finishes at the state meet during her prep career.
