2023 (Cross Country): Posted three personal bests and team Most Improved Award...finished 18^th with a PR of 15:26.3 in the 4k at the CCC Preview Meet and 10^th place with another personal best of 22:27.7 at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championshps...went on to help in securing the NAIA National title as the fifth runner and a 51st finish in a 6k time of 23:14.1.

2023 (Track & Field): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team...posted a PR in the 1500 at the NNU Open (4:47.64) en route to a second-place finish...finished fifth in the 10,000 (39:11.92) at the 2023 Whitworth Peace Meet to set a PR...fourth at the L&C Friday Night Lights in the 5000 (18:15.22) to record a PR)...12th as a member of the 4x800m relay at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2022 (Track & Field): Third in the 1500 (4:59.29) and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Eastern Oregon Open...fifth in the 1500 (5:11.48) at the NNU Invitational & Multi ...seventh in 800 (2:27.97) at the 2022 Aggie Invitational...member of 4x800m relay that finished 14th at the 2022 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships...won the mile (5:29.37) at the Polar Vortex Classic).

2022 (Cross Country): Named for the All-Academic CCC Team and and named to the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team...170th at the 2022 NAIA Cross Country Championships (5k / 19:28.7)...26th at the 2022 CCC Championships (5k / 20:43.4)...27th at the Mike Johnson Classic (6k / 24:05.2)...31st at the EOU Open (4k / 16:54.1).

2021 (Track & Field): Fifth in the 3000m steeplechase (12:31.73)  at the 2021 CCC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...won the 800 (2:25.39) at the Canis Latrans Qualifier & Multi....sixth at the 2021 Buc Scoring Invite in the 3000 steeplechase (12:07.64)...member of Distance Medley Relay at the 2021 NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships that finished 10th.

2021 (Cross Country): 34th at the CCC Cross Country Championships (5k / 19:12).

2020 (Cross Country): Eighth at the CI/EOU Dual In the Dirt (3k / 11:23.7).

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2020 graduate of Timberline High, where she competed in both cross country and track; competed in two 5A cross country state meets, placing 17th as a senior with a 5,000-meter time of 18:46; in track, had top times of 5:23 at 1,600-meters and 11:28 at 3,200-meters, while helping the THS 4x800-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish at the 2018 5A state meet.
