Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Martin is in her fourth season with the Coyote cross country and track programs.

3K(XC): 10:30.6- EOU Dual in The Dirt (Nov. 6, 2020)
4k (XC): 13:58.0– CCC Preview Meet (Sep. 15, 2023)
5K(XC): 17:17.9-48th Charles Bowles Willamette XC Invitational (Sep. 30, 2023)
6K(XC): 21:06.4-Cascade Collegiate Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 3, 2023)

 2023 (Cross Country) :  Sage recorded 13:58.0 to secure 2nd place and a new personal best in the 4K at the CCC Preview Meet. She soon stormed to a 1st place finish and 5k PR of 17:17.9 at the Charles Bowels Willamette Invitational. Her best 6K performance was recorded at the CCC conference where she earned 2nd with a time of 21:06.4. Martin achieved All-Conference and All-American titles for the 2023 Cross Country season.

2023: Academic All-Conference

2023 (Track & Field): Selected to the CCC All-Academic Team.

2022 (Cross Country): Named for the All-Academic CCC Team and named to the 2022 Daktronics NAIA Women’s Cross Country Scholar-Athlete Team.

2020-21: In cross country, earned All-Cascade Conference honors after an eighth-place finish at the CCC Championships (17:55), helping the squad to the team title, while placing 49th at the NAIA Championships; in track, earned NAIA All-America honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (11:05.52), while placing second in the steeplechase and fourth in the 5,000-meters (18:54) at the CCC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2020 graduate of Rocky Mountain High, where she competed in both cross country and track; in cross country, ran at four 5A state meets, finishing 13th overall as a senior, clocking a 5,000-meter time of 18:43; in track, was the 2019 5A state runner-up in the 400-meters (57.52), while helping both the 4x200 and 4x400-meter relay teams to third-place finishes.
