AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Underkoffler is in his fourth season with both the Coyote ski and baseball teams.

2017: In skiing, earned All-NWCSC honors after placing fourth in the individual standings, including a victory in the second giant slalom qualifier at Tamarack Resort; placed in the Top-10 in seven of the eight league qualifiers; placed 14th in both the slalom and giant slalom at the USCSA Western Regional; took 18th in the slalom and 22nd in the giant slalom at the USCSA National Championships. In baseball, did not see game action.

2016: In skiing, earned All-NWCSC honors after placing fourth in the individual standings; had back-to-back third-place finishes at Mount Bachelor; placed ninth in both the slalom and giant slalom at the USCSA Western Regional, helping C of I to the team title; placed 18th in the giant slalom at the USCSA National Championships. In baseball, did not see game action.

2015: In skiing, earned USCSA All-America honors in both the slalom and alpine combined; placed fourth in the slalom at the USCSA National Championships and eighth in the alpine combined; placed sixth in the slalom at the USCSA Western Regional; earned All-NWCSC honors after playing second in the individual conference standings; won both giant slalom qualifiers at Bogus Basin; in baseball, used the season as a redshirt year.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Mammoth High, where he competed in both baseball and football, while also competitively ski racing; finished sixth in the giant slalom and 14th in the slalom in the U-16 Junior Olympics, while qualifying for the U-18 National Championships.
