CALDWELL, Idaho - The GSAC has announced its 2025–26 Winter Sports Scholar-Athletes, honoring six Yotes swim & dive student-athletes. The award recognizes individuals who exemplify excellence in both academic achievement and athletic commitment across the conference's winter championship sports.
On the men's side,
Matti Eikenes,
Cahill Robinson, and
Karl Yount earned the academic distinction.
Shae Arnold,
Sophie Mottishaw, and
Lily Schroer collected the award for the women's program.
To be eligible for selection, nominees must meet GSAC's academic standards, which include being a sophomore or above in academic standing, maintaining a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale. Student-athletes must have completed two full semesters at their current institution if they began as non-transfers, or one full year of attendance if they enrolled as transfer students.
