NEW ORLEANS, La. – College of Idaho sprinter Charlotte Bowman has been named the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) West Region Women's Track Athlete of the Year, the organization announced Friday.
Bowman, a Graduate Student from Rockland, Idaho, has been dominant this season in the sprints, going undefeated in the 100 meters. She currently ranks sixth nationally in the NAIA in that event with a season-best time of 11.60 seconds.
At the 2025 Cascade Collegiate Conference Outdoor Championships, Bowman delivered a standout performance, scoring 40 total points. She claimed the conference title in the 100 meters, placed second in both the 400 meters and as a member of the Coyotes' 4×100 and 4×400 relay teams, and added a third-place finish in the 200 meters.
Bowman has qualified for the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships in multiple events and will look to cap her season with All-America honors later this month.
