KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The College of Idaho baseball team continued to battle through conference play, showing bright spots at the plate and on the mound in Sunday's doubleheader against Oregon Tech at Steen Sports Park. Ultimately, the Yotes dropped both games 11-1 and 9-0.
Jack Ingraham led the way offensively with a multi-hit performance in Game 1, while Caden Casagrand and Chandler Stocking contributed key at-bats to keep the Yotes competitive. Stocking drove in a run with a sacrifice fly, helping College of Idaho put early pressure on the Oregon Tech defense.
On the mound, Jackson Cummins and Kaden Lapp provided solid outings, working through challenging situations and limiting damage in key moments. The bullpen stepped up late, with Zaylor Bruegeman and Tanner Keener delivering scoreless innings to keep the Yotes within striking distance.
College of Idaho will return home looking to build on the positives from the weekend as they prepare for their next Cascade Conference matchup.
