CALDWELL, Idaho - College of Idaho volleyball placed two All-CCC First Team selections on the 2025 AVCA NAIA West All-Region teams, as senior outside hitter Mia Hutchinson and sophomore middle blocker Abigail Flerchinger were each named to the regional lists. Hutchinson earned First Team honors, while Flerchinger was recognized as Honorable Mention.
Hutchinson, a First Team All-Cascade Conference pick, closed her senior season as one of the league's most reliable six-rotation players. She finished the year with 351 kills, 181 digs, 41 total blocks and 383.5 points across 114 sets, reaching double-digit kills 15 times. Her top performance came in a five-set win over Southern Oregon on Oct. 24, where she delivered 22 kills on .583 hitting.
Flerchinger, also a First Team All-CCC honoree, broke out in her second season as a central piece of the Yotes' front line. She posted 265 kills, hit .256 and added 32 total blocks while appearing in all 30 matches. She notched 10 double-digit kill matches, including a season-high 15 kills against Southern Oregon on Oct. 24.
The AVCA recognized 14 First Team selections and eight Honorable Mention picks in each of the NAIA's nine regions as part of its 2025 All-Region awards program.
