CALDWELL, Idaho - Following a dominant 30-point win over Carroll College to open the season, College of Idaho men's basketball swept the first Cascade Conference weekly honors of the 2025–26 campaign.
Freshman Tucker Tiddens and redshirt freshman Chance Winter were each named Cascade Conference McDonald's Players of the Week, presented by Urban Edge Network, after standout performances in their Yote Basketball regular-season debuts.
Tiddens led the Yotes with 18 points on 6-of-7 shooting from the field, helping fuel the 92–63 victory. He also went 5-6 from the line and 1-1 from beyond the arc to earn offensive player of the week.
Winter anchored the defense with 10 rebounds and four blocks, keeping thee ball in the Yotes' hands and earning himself defensive player of the week.
The Yotes (1–0) return to action on the road Monday night then return home for another weekend of non-conference play.
