LEWISTON, Idaho - No. 7 Lewis-Clark State posted a 65-46 win over the College of Idaho women's basketball team on Friday night.

The Yotes (5-15, 5-9 CCC) were led by the fourth double double of the season by freshman
Brooke Beresford, who scored 10 points and grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds. She was joined in double figures by sophomore
Mia Austin, who hit five 3-pointers for 15 points.

The Warriors (17-2, 13-1 CCC) were able to land three in double figures, including 15 points from Callie Stevens, 13 each from Ellie Sander and Ella Nelson and 10 from Darian Herring. Stevens had five assists and Herring also had five assists to go along with 10 rebounds for a double double.

A 9-0 run that spanned the end of the first quarter and the start of the second quarter put the host Warriors ahead double digits nearly for the rest of the contest.

Next, College of Idaho will face Walla Walla on Saturday at 7 p.m. (PST)/8 p.m. (MT). Earlier this season, the Yotes posted an 81-60 win over the Wolves in Caldwell on January 5.
