La Grande, Ore. - The College of Idaho women's track and field teams traveled to the EOU Lew Thorne Invite on Saturday.
On the track,
Zoe Butler took fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:02.70, teammate
Sage Wood was eighth in 1:04.91. Wood and
Addison Trent were fifth (8.22) and sixth (8.27) in the 60m dash.
Rachel Pletcher took seventh in the 60m hurdles with a time of 9.86. Tremt was ninth in the 200m dash with a time of 27.90.
In the field events, Trent led three Yotes in the top five in the long jump with a leap of 17-10.75 (5.45m) on her way to a first-place finish.
Roby Young was third with a jump of 17-2 (5.23m) and
Morgan Harrison took fifth with a jump of 15-9 (4.80m). Jada Kinder was second in the triple jump with a leap of 35-1 (10.69m), plus
Roby Young and
Morgan Harrison were third (4-11.75 / 1.52m) and fifth (4-10.5 / 1.49m), respectively in the high jump. Wood posted a clearance of 8-6.25 (2.60m) to take fourht in the pole vault.
Taylor Durfey was fifth in the shot put with a heave of 35-10.5 / 10.93m) and fifth in the weight throw with a toss of 45-7.25 (13.90m).
