CALDWELL, Idaho – No. 1 College of Idaho men's basketball team landed three players –
Jake O'Neil (Fruitland, Idaho),
Johnny Radford (Hailey, Idaho) and
Drew Wyman (Great Falls, Montana) on the all-Cascade Collegiate Conference Team with
Tyler Robinett (Middleton, Idaho) being selected honorable mention.
All four have been instrumental in the success of the team that has won its last 30 games en route to Cascade Collegiate Conference Regular Season and Tournament titles. The 30-straight wins lead college men's basketball. The College of Idaho men's basketball team leads the CCC in scoring offense (87.5 ppg), scoring defense (63.7), field goal percentage (50.1%), field goal percentage defense (40%), rebounding offense (42.6 rpg), rebounding margin (+12.4), assists (18.0 apg), assist to turnover ratio (1.7) and offensive rebounds (13.7 rpg). Nationally, College of Idaho is the leader in attendance average (1,430), third in rebound margin (12.4 rpg), fourth in field goals made per game (32.9), fifth in points per game (87.5 ppg) and offensive rebounds per game (13.7 rpg).
Wyman is a repeat selection to the all-conference team after earning honors as a freshman in 2021-22. He is averaging 12.3 points per game, shooting 47.1% from the field and 77.3% from the free-throw line. He has scored in double figures in 22 games with three games of at least 20 points. He recorded a double double against Lewis-Clark State (Jan. 27, 2023).
O'Neil is averaging 10.0 points per game, shooting 54.6% from the field and grabbing 7.5 rebounds per game to go along with nine double doubles. 15 times he has scored in double figures and 11 times he has grabbed double digit rebounds. He was an honorable mention selection in 2021-22.
Radford is averaging 14.0 points per game, shooting 47.6% from the field and 48.9% from the 3-point line to go along with 88.6% from the free-throw line. He has scored in double figures in 21 of 31 games with seven games of at least 20 points. Radford has made at least five 3-pointers in eight games.
Robinett is averaging 10.8 points per game, making 49.2% of his shots from the field with 17 games in double figures. He scored a season-high 22 against Warner Pacific on February 3, 2023. Robinett is also a prolific 3-point shooter, making 33% of his attempts with a season-high four against the Knights.
