CALDWELL, Idaho – Three members of the College of Idaho Men's Track and Field Team secured spots at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships , March 2-4 at the Sanford Jackrabbit Athletic Complex in Brookings, South Dakota.
Among the qualifiers were
Lane Maher (Pendleton, Ore.) in the 60m hurdles (8.14),
Braden Heath (Meridian, Idaho) in the 3,000m run (8:36.95) and
Tanner Sackman (Omak, Washington) in the weight throw (16.41m). For Maher, it is second appearance at the NAIA Indoor Track & Field Championships after a 13
th place finish in 2022. For Maher, it is his first appearance at the indoor championships after making four appearances at the NAIA Cross Country Championships and an appearance at the outdoor championships in 2022. Sackman, a two-sport athlete at College of Idaho, is making his first appearance at the NAIA Championships.
