TACOMA, Wash. - The Yotes women's swim team was back in the pool, competing against Pacific Lutheran and Southwestern Oregon on Friday in Tacoma.
In the 200 yard freestyle,
Isabel Carrillo and
Julia Bergseng took third and fourth, respectively, with times of 2:16.55 and 2:22.30. Carrillo also took third in the 200 yard breaststroke, finishing with a time of 2:50.51
In the 200 yard backstroke,
Micah Sharples took fourth with a time of 2:25.60. Sharples would also take fourth in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:26.59.
In the 100 yard freestyle,
Darby Rossi took eighth with a time of 1:12.22, and would go on to take tenth in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 31.58.
The Yotes will return to the pool tomorrow, facing off with the University of Puget Sound.
