MOSCOW, Idaho - The College of Idaho women's swim team wrapped up the Vandal Invite in Moscow on Sunday.
In the 200 yard backstroke,
Micah Sharples took home eighth with a time of 2:22.89, which was two seconds faster than her time in the prelims. In the 100 yard freestyle,
Isabel Carrillo and
Darby Rossi took home seventh and eighth respectively with times of 1:03.80 and 1:12.20. Carrillo's time was two tenths of a second faster than her prelims time.
In the 200 yard breaststroke, Carrillo once again improved her prelims time, finishing with a finals time of 2:45.67, nearly a second faster than her previous mark.
:The Yotes will take the next two months off of competition before returning to the pool against the University of Redlands in California in February.
