Ellyse Tingelstad Named CCC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Caldwell, Idaho – College of Idaho senior Ellyse Tingelstad (Joseph, Ore.) was named the Cascade Collegiate Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week on Monday.
 
Tingelstad led the team to a first-place finish at the 2023 Blazer Tiger meet held in Ashland, Nebraska. She was the individual winner in a personal best time of 20:52. This is the ninth time – second time in 2023 - in her career she has picked up a weekly cross country runner honor from the Cascade Collegiate Conference.
