GULF SHORES, Alabama – The second day of the 2022 NAIA Outdoor Track & Field Championships saw the College of Idaho advance two runners to Friday's finals in the 3,000m steeplechase.
The Yotes were led by
Sage Martin, who posted the fifth-fastest time in qualifying with a time of 10:53.99. She will be joined by teammate
Larissa Mauer, who finished in 10:58.18 for the 12
th fastest qualifying time.
Also, the Yotes picked up a pair of 20
th-place finishes with
Abbey Shirts in the 800m run with a time of 2:18.13 and
Ellyse Tingelstad in the 10,000m run with a time of 38:36.38.
