MOSCOW, Idaho - The Yotes women's swim team was back in the pool this past weekend, competing in the Vandal Invite hosted in Moscow.
 In the preliminaries of the 100 yard butterfly,
Anna Cook would finish fourth with a time of 57.87. Cook's time fell just behind her previous mark set in the Slug Shootout Invitational in October, where she would finish with a time of 57.65.
Isabel Carrillo finished the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:14.56, just behind her time at the Slug Shootout Invitational where she recorded a time of 1:13.33.
In the 200 yard backstroke,
Micah Sharples recorded a time 2:22.11, which is a new season best. Her previous top mark in the event came at the last meet in California, where she recorded a time of 2:23.40. Sharples also set a new season best in the 100 yard backstroke, finishing with a time of 1:05.05, finishing four seconds faster than her prior season best.
The Yotes will return to the pool at the University of Utah, a diving only meet, and then in California on January 28th.
