MOVING ON UP: Riding an eight-game winning streak and a loss to previously No. 1 Thomas More saw the Yotes move back to the No. 3 spot in the latest NAIA Coaches' Top 25 poll. College of Idaho was ranked No. 3 in the preseason poll on October 26. The last time that College of Idaho was ranked this high in an in-season poll was the final NAIA Division II poll at the end of the 2019-20 season.
CONFERENCE PLAY: The Cascade Collegiate Conference began play with the 1993-94 season. College of Idaho has won seven regular season titles and a league-leading 10 tournament titles. The seven regular season titles are second in the CCC, just behind the 10 won by Oregon Tech. With the exception of the COVID-19 and no full CCC season in 2020-21, College of Idaho has won at least 10 CCC games in all but four seasons en route to an all-time CCC mark of 353-104 (.772).
SEEING DOUBLE DOUBLE: With the double double performances by
Jake O'Neil (11 pts., 10 reb.) and
Straton Rogers (10 pts., 11 reb.), against Eastern Oregon was the first time that a pair of College of Idaho teammates had double double performances since Connor Desaulniers finished with 16 points and 12 rebounds and Jake Bruner added 11 points and 11 boards against Salish Kootenai (Mont.) on October 13, 2018.

STRONG START TO SOPHOMORE CAMPAIGN: Sophomore
Straton Rogers has increased his production in his second full season with the Yotes from 4.6 to 21.1 minutes per game; 1.3 to 7.1 points per game and 1.8 to 9.7 rebounds per game. Rogers has scored at least eight points in the last six games and had at least nine rebounds in seven of eight contests.
JUST WIN BABY: After a loss to begin the season, College of Idaho has rattled off eight-straight wins. The eight-game winning streak is the sixth-longest in the NAIA.

HOME SWEET HOME: With wins over the weekend of Southern Oregon and Oregon Tech, College of Idaho extended its home winning streak to 25 games. Since the start of the 2013-14 season, College of Idaho has posted a 141-16 record. Last season, the Yotes posted a 20-1 mark at home surpassing the 2019-20 team that finished 18-1 at home, with both the 2013-14 and 2014-15 teams finishing 17-0. Since the Activities Center opened in 1991, the Yotes have recorded a 356-99 all-time record – with the mark ballooning to 473-108 when accounting the previous decade at O'Connor Fieldhouse.
