CONFERENCE PLAY: The Cascade Collegiate Conference began play with the 1993-94 season. College of Idaho has won seven regular season titles and a league-leading 10 tournament titles. The seven regular season titles are second in the CCC, just behind the 10 won by Saturday's opponent Oregon Tech. With the exception of the COVID-19 and no full CCC season in 2020-21, College of Idaho has won at least 10 CCC games in all but four seasons en route to an all-time CCC mark of 350-104 (.770).
HOME SWEET HOME: With wins over the weekend of Providence (Mont.) and Madonna (Mich.), College of Idaho extended its home winning streak to 23 games. Since the start of the 2013-14 season, College of Idaho has posted a 139-16 record. Last season, the Yotes posted a 20-1 mark at home surpassing the 2019-20 team that finished 18-1 at home, with both the 2013-14 and 2014-15 teams finishing 17-0. Since the Activities Center opened in 1991, the Yotes have recorded a 354-99 all-time record – with the mark ballooning to 471-108 when accounting the previous decade at O'Connor Fieldhouse.
UNDERARMOUR / CCC TEAM OF THE WEEK: The College of Idaho's men's basketball team was named the Under Armour Team of the Week for Nov. 21-27, the Cascade Collegiate Conference announced Sunday. It is the third time in program history that College of Idaho men's basketball has received weekly recognition from the CCC (January and December 2013).
GRAND THEFT CALDWELL: College of Idaho had 12 steals against Madonna, last Saturday. The last time that College of Idaho had 12 steals in a game was when they had 14 against Oregon Tech on January 25, 2020.
SCHEDULE NOTES: College of Idaho opened the season with a pair of games in Glendale, Arizona where they faced No. 1 Arizona Christian and a team receiving votes nationally in OUAZ before coming home for a stretch of six-straight home games (minus an exhibition game at NNU on November 22). Last season, College of Idaho played seven of its first nine at home.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARDS: College of Idaho ranks seventh nationally in offensive rebounds per game (14.8 rpg) and 20th in rebounds margin per game (9.0 rpg).
REJECTION: College of Idaho blocked nine shots in its win over Embry-Riddle (Ariz.). The nine rejections were the most by a Yotes team since a 12 blocked shot effort against Eastern Oregon on February 28, 2015.
STRONG START TO SOPHOMORE CAMPAIGN: Sophomore
Straton Rogers has increased his production in his second full season with the Yotes from 4.6 to 20.0 minutes per game; 1.3 to 6.3 points per game and 1.8 to 9.3 rebounds per game.
ASSASSINATION OF THE ARGONAUTS: Sophomore
Tyler Robinett set six new career-highs, last Friday, against Providence (Mont.). Robinett had a career day in scoring (18 pts.), field goals (7), field goal attempts (12), 3-point field goals (3), 3-point field goal attempts (7) and blocks (3).
IS THERE AN AREA CODE? College of Idaho has made 53 3-pointers (8.8 made per game) on the 2022-23 season. Nine-different Yotes have hit a three pointer on the season with
Johnny Radford knocking down a team-high 20 of 48 (41.7%) of his attempts. He presently ranks 23rd in the nation with 3.3 three pointers per game. For his career, Radford has made 89 3-pointers which ranks 36th in program history.

PRESEASON FAVORITE IN THE CCC: The Yotes have been picked to finish atop the Cascade Collegiate Conference standings in the 2022-23 CCC Preseason Poll, as voted on by the conference's head coaches.
College of Idaho, who received 11 first-place votes, received 143 points, followed by Oregon Tech with 127 points, followed by Lewis-Clark State as they garnered the remaining first-place vote, putting them in third with 114 points. Eastern Oregon (101), Southern Oregon (90), Corban (87), Multnomah (76), Bushnell (62), Warner Pacific (55), Northwest (39), Evergreen State (34) and Walla Walla (16) round out the 12-team poll.
