CORVALLIS, Ore. - The College of Idaho women's cross country team was honored today as the Under Armour Cascade Conference Team of the Week, announced by the league office.
The Yotes, competing with just seven student-athletes at the Central Washington Invitational, dominated the field to win the event - as C of I swept all three podium positions.
Freshman
Kahea Figueira earned the individual title, finishing just ahead of teammates
Larissa Mauer and
Sage Martin.
C of I will put an 8-race regular-season win streak on the line this Friday in La Grande at the Eastern Oregon Invite.
