CORVALLIS, Ore. – College of Idaho outfielder
Jonah Hultberg was honored today as Embrace Health-Santiam Hospital Cascade Conference Player of the Week, announced by the league information office.
The second-year player, from Boise, had a huge week for the Yotes recording multiple hits in all four games played by the squad.
Hultberg was a combined 11-of-16 at the plate – posting a pair of two-hit games, a 3-hit game and the first 4-hit game of his career. He finished the week with a .700 on-base percentage and leads the CCC with a .524 batting average – riding an 8-game hitting streak into today's doubleheader with Northwest Nazarene.
