CALDWELL, Idaho - Five members of the College of Idaho softball team have been named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, recognizing their outstanding achievements on the field and in the classroom.
To qualify for Academic All-District honors, student-athletes must maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher and meet rigorous participation criteria. Position players must appear in at least 90 percent of their team's games or start 66 percent of contests, while pitchers must have made a minimum of 17 appearances or thrown at least 35 innings.
The 2025 honorees from the Yotes includes:
- Jackson Cummins (Murtaugh, Idaho) - Senior, majoring in Finance
- Nate Vidlak (Fruitland, Idaho) - Junior, majoring in Business Administration
- Chandler Stocking (Midway, Utah) - Graduate student majoring in Sports Administration
- Dawson Cummins (Murtaugh, Idaho) - Graduate student majoring in Sports Administration
- Oliver Massie (Boise, Idaho) - Graduate student majoring in Sports Administration
These student-athletes played key roles throughout the 2025 season while upholding the highest academic standards, embodying the College of Idaho's commitment to excellence both on and off the diamond.
