PROVO, Utah – College of Idaho multi-event athletes closed out competition in the heptathlon at the BYU Indoor #3 inside the Smith Fieldhouse.
Kendrik Caldwell led C of I with 4,468 points,
Caleb Brown finished with a score of 4,235 points – while
Nate Griswold pulled out of the competition after five events.
In the 60-meter hurdles, Caldwell posted a time of 9.22 seconds, just ahead of Brown (9.73), with the duo both clearing 11-feet, 7.75 inches in the pole vault. Brown closed the day with a 1,000-meter time of 2:52.79, just ahead of Caldwell (2:59.97).
This weekend, the Yotes play host to the C of I Icebreaker #2 at Caldwell High – beginning both Saturday and Sunday at Noon.
