NEW ORLEANS, La. - Six College of Idaho track and field athletes were honored as members of the 2020 United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association NAIA All-Academic Team.
To earn the award, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore in academic standing, maintain a 3.25 or greater cumulative grade point average, while achieving an "A" or "B" standard for the NAIA Track & Field Championships.
Earning the award for the men's track program were
Caleb Brown (heptathlon),
Kristopher Kostelecky (high jump) and
Josh Frey (800-meters) - among the 134 student-athletes honored.
Earning the award for the women's track program were
Catylynn Duff (weight throw),
Kiersten Lancaster (60-meter hurdles) and
Molly Vitale-Sullivan (3,000-meters) - among 193 student-athletes honored.
