LEWISTON, Idaho - Today's scheduled cross country dual meet between The College of Idaho and Lewis-Clark State at Lewiston Orchards was postponed due to weather.
A snowstorm in the West Central Mountains closed US-95 between Riggins and Culdesac for four hours this morning - forcing the C of I team bus to return to Caldwell after making the trek to New Meadows. The race is not expected to be made up this fall.
The event would have featured a men's race between two NAIA Top-10 teams and defending conference champions (LC State in the Frontier Conference, C of I in the Cascade Conference), with the women's race featuring two NAIA Top-15 squads.
