Athletic accomplishments: 2023 Idaho 4A State medalist, lettered 4 years in track, and medaled at the IHSAA state championships in 2023.

PERSONAL:  

Joining the Yote Fam from Twin Falls, Idaho, Janika was raised by Sam and Jessica Barker. Aside from her efforts on the track, Janika is also working hard in the classroom in pursuit of a degree in Biomedical Sciences with a specialization in Pre-Med. She chose The College of Idaho because, “The environment on campus is one like no other. When I stepped foot on campus it was nothing short of welcoming. I had only heard positives about the college and knew it was a place I had to be. Besides the environment, the college provides me with the opportunity to continue what I am passionate about both athletically and academically with great coaches and professors who I knew would help me reach my goals.”
