Biography

AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Slater is in her fourth season with the Coyotes volleyball program.

2016: Played in 106 sets as a junior, setting career highs with 198 kills and 81 blocks; recorded eight double-digit kill matches, including a season-best 12 kills vs. Vanguard, while recording five blocks against Westmont, Evergreen and Southern Oregon.

2015: Saw action in 37 sets during her sophomore season, recording 53 kills and 28 blocks; had a career-best nine kills vs. Westmont and had a career-high six blocks at Evergreen.

2014: Played in six sets as a true freshman, recording two kills and seven total blocks; had three blocks in matches against both Concordia and Northwest Christian; made her collegiate debut at Northwest on Sept. 12.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2014 graduate of Rocky Mountain High, where she was an All-Southern Idaho Conference selection as a senior; played for the Idaho Stars Volleyball Club.

PERSONAL: Studying health sciences and health/human performance; daughter of Brian and Brenda Slater.
