AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Sheppeard is in her third season with the Coyote volleyball program.

2016: Saw action in 105 sets as part of the back row service rotation; recorded 18 aces and 34 digs on the season; had two aces against both Viterbo and Southern Oregon, while recording four digs vs. both Westmont and Evergreen; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team.

2015: Played in 86 sets as part of the Yotes serving rotation, recording 12 aces and 47 digs; recorded two aces in matches vs. Corban, Walla Walla and Ottawa, while notching a career-best seven digs vs. Multnomah.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2015 graduate of Challis High, where she earned All-High Desert Conference honors as a senior, helping her team to a fifth-place finish at the 1A-D1 state championships; as a sophomore, helped her squad to the 1A-D1 state title;

CLUB TEAM: Idaho Falls Juniors 

PERSONAL: Studying health sciences; daughter of Mike and Debbie Sheppeard.
