AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Jansen is in his second season with the Coyote men's basketball program.

BEFORE C OF I: Spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Simpson University, helping the team to three California Pacific Conference Tournament appearances; recruited and coached nine All-Cal Pac players, including the Cal Pac's Newcomer of the Year in 2018 and Freshman of the Year in 2020. Also coached high school basketball at Folsom High and Ponderosa High.

PERSONAL: Played collegiately for two years at Bethany University; holds an undergraduate degree from Sacramento State and a Master's in Athletic Administration from Concordia-Irvine; originally from Redding, Calif.; he and wife Ashlee have three children, Jaylen, Jaxton and Jaycee.
