A native of Gig Harbor, Washington, Ryan Baerg joins the staff in the spring of 2025 as the Running Backs Coach.

Baerg spent the 2024 season as the Quarterbacks Coach at Auburn Mountainview High School in Auburn, Washington. Before that, he served as the Offensive Coordinator and Quarterbacks Coach at Gig Harbor High School, where he mentored quarterback Will Landram. In 2022, Landram ranked among the top in several passing categories in the state of Washington.

Before his high school coaching roles, Baerg worked as an Offensive Assistant at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, from 2019-2021, while earning his undergraduate degree. His coaching journey began after playing quarterback at Southern Nazarene University in Bethany, Oklahoma, in 2018.

Baerg graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Minor in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University in 2023.
