AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Dahlen is in his third season with the Coyote football program - his third year as quarterbacks coach and second as co-offensive coordinator; in his first season as quarterbacks coach, guided the Yote quarterbacks to school records for passing yards and completion percentage, while in 2016, his offense broke both the passing yards and total offense records.
 
PRIOR TO C OF I: Spent two months during the spring of 2015 as a guest quarterbacks coach with the B.C. Lions of the Canadian Football League; spent the 2013 and 2014 seasons as a graduate assistant and assistant quarterbacks coach at Southern Utah University; spent the 2011 season as Pass Game Coordinator at Sandy High in Oregon.
 
PERSONAL: A native of Redmond, Ore.; played quarterback at both the University of Utah and Southern Utah University before injuries sidelined his playing career.
