AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: McFadden is in his second season as an assistant coach with the Coyote football program, working with the offensive line. In 2019, his offensive line paved the way for the Frontier Conference champions, rushing for a school-record 3,118 yards and scoring a school-record 446 points.

PRIOR TO C OF I: Served as a graduate assistant coach at the University of California for two seasons, working with the Bears offense...as a player, was an offensive lineman at the University of Oregon.
