AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Justin Torfin is in his third year as an assistant coach for the Coyotes, handling the running backs, while also serving as the recruiting coordinator.  In 2014, the Yotes combined for seven 100-yard rushing games, while averaged over 180 yards per game on the ground in 2015.

BEFORE C OF I: Torfin joined the Yotes after spending the 2013 season as the recruiting and operations assistant at Utah State.  He began his coaching career at Skyview High in Utah, serving as the defensive backs and special teams coach.

PERSONAL: The Preston native is a 2011 graduate of Utah State, with Torfin also playing collegiately for two seasons at Snow College in Utah. He and wife Heather have one son, Tate, and live in Nampa.
