AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Jones is in his first season as an assistant coach with the Coyotes, working with the wide receivers; added recruiting coordinator duties in November of 2020.

PRIOR TO C OF I: Served as a graduate assistant at San Jose State for two years, working with the defensive staff. Spent three years in professional football, spending the 2014 season on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers practice squad and the 2015 and 2016 seasons with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL. A graduate of San Jose State, he is the school's all-time leader in receptions (248) and touchdown catches (31), earning All-Mountain West Conference honors in 2013 after catching 79 passes for 1,356 yards and 13 touchdowns.
