AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: In 2022, Bale made the transition from a student-athlete to an assistant offensive line coach joining other offensive line assistants Mike Iupati and Greg Stewart. In 2023, Bale stepped up into his current role as offensive line coach. His offensive line in 2023 was instrumental in propelling the Yotes to their first ever NAIA Championships semifinal appearance.
BEFORE C OF I: Before coaching at C of I, Bale was a three-year starter on the offensive line and earned all-Frontier Conference honors in 2021. He was apart of the first team to make an appearance in the NAIA Football Championships in the modern era in 2019.
PERSONAL: A native of nearby Meridian and graduate of Rocky Mountain High School, Bale is a 2022 graduate of The College of Idaho, where he earned his bachelor's degree in education. He is married to his wife Alix who raise two dogs, Toast and Smokey together. They are one big family of Yote supporters.
