Coaching Records
During the first 12 years of the program (1905-16), the C of I was an academy and played primarily local high school programs and competed in what is now the Southern Idaho Conference. In 1917, the College achieved full four-year collegiate status and beginning in 1926, began play in the Northwest Conference and was a member of the league until the program was disbanded in 1977.
The C of I won a total of seven NWC titles in football - 1926, 1927, 1948, 1952, 1953, 1954, and 1955, while playing in one bowl game - the 1953 Refrigerator Bowl in Evansville, Ind. (against Sam Houston State)
