AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Martinez is in his third season with the Coyote football and lacrosse programs.

2021: Sat out the lacrosse season to focus on the spring football campaign.

2020: In football, played in all four games during the COVID shortened spring season, earning All-Frontier Conference honors; led the team and ranked among the Top-10 in total tackles, finishing the year with 33 tackles, including 14 in the season finale vs. Carroll College; added two tackles for loss, one sack and one interception during the season. In lacrosse, played in two games as a true freshman, recording a goal in both wins over Idaho and Southern Oregon; added five total ground balls.

2019 In football, played in all 12 games as part of the linebacker rotation and as a special teams player; finished the season with 37 total tackles, a team-high three fumble recoveries and two interceptions; posted a season-high seven tackles in a road win at Rocky Mountain; had three tackles, along :with a fumble recovery and an interception that each set up touchdowns in a playoff win over Ottawa; had six tackles in wins over Eastern Oregon and Montana Tech.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2019 graduate of Mountain View High, where, in football, earned All-Southern Idaho Conference and 5A All-State honors as a senior, leading his team to the 5A state semifinals; led the 5A classification with 146 total tackles; in lacrosse, earned All-IHSLL honors after scoring 33 goals as a senior; helped team to the 2017 and 2018 state titles.
