Lewis is in his fourth season with the Coyotes…named a 2013 Preseason NAIA All-American, starting the season ranked No. 9 all-time in hit-by-pitches and No. 10 in doubles...had a monster junior season, earning honorable mention NAIA All-America and All-NAIA West honors after helping The C of I to the NAIA World Series...hit .370 with six home runs and 57 RBI, recording 24 doubles - the second-highest single-season total in program history...recorded 24 multi-hit games, including 10 three-hit games - logging a 15-game hit streak in the month of March...went 3-for-3 with six RBI vs. Willamette and 3-for-5 with six RBI vs. Oregon Tech...named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team...earned NAIA West Gold Glove Team honors in 2011 after committing just two errors in 242 chances, throwing out 37-percent of would-be base stealers...hit .275 with eight doubles, two homers and 15 RBI, including eight multi-hit games...named CCC Player of the Week in April after going 7-for-14 in series at Concordia...named to 2011 CCC All-Academic Team...had a quality freshman season, earning All-NAIA West honors...hit .318 with nine doubles, three homers, and 27 RBI...had 14 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI games...went 5-for-8 with three RBI in series at Lewis-Clark State...a 2009 graduate of Capital High, where he was a two-time All-Southern Idaho Conference and two-time 5A All-State selection...hit .441 as a senior, helping his team to the 5A state championship...played for the Boise Capitals American Legion club... also played football as a prep...looking to study exercise science …parents Jay and Toni Lewis.
