AT COLLEGE OF IDAHO: Kostelecky is in his fourth year with the Coyote Track and Field program.

2019: Earned NAIA All-America honors in the indoor heptathlon (4,850 points), placing eighth overall; earned All-Cascade Conference honors with a second-place finish in the long jump (6.92 meters) and third in the high jump (1.91 meters); set the indoor school record in the long jump (6.80 meters)...earned CCC All-Academic Team, NAIA Scholar-Athlete and CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 honors.

2018: Qualified for the NAIA Indoor National Championships, placing 11th in the heptathlon (4,612 points); had top indoor marks of 1.99 meters (6 feet, 6 inches) in the high jump, 6.28 meters (20 feet, 7 inches) in the long jump and 7.28 seconds in the 60-meters; had a top outdoor mark of 6.56 meters (21 feet, 6 inches) in the long jump; named to the Cascade Conference All-Academic Team. 

2017: Finished took second in the high jump (6 feet, 7 inches) and sixth in the decathlon (5,895 points) at the Cascade Conference Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2016 graduate of Lighthouse Christian High, where he was a three-time 1A state high jump champion (cleared 6 feet, 7.5 inches as a senior). 

PERSONAL: Studying health sciences; son of Kris and Kristie Kostelecky.
