KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. - The College of Idaho men's basketball team wrapped up its first road weekend of 2026 with a 98-66 setback to Oregon Tech on Friday night at Danny Miles Court.
The Yotes showed good energy early and were led offensively by Dougie Peoples, who finished with 25 points, while Utrillo Morris added 19 points and five assists. College of Idaho hung within striking distance through much of the first half before heading into the locker room down 50-39.
After the break, the Yotes continued to compete but struggled to find a consistent rhythm on the offensive end as shots became harder to come by. College of Idaho was limited to 27 points in the second half, allowing the Owls to gradually extend the margin.
Rey Johnston anchored the interior with a team-high nine rebounds, and Tucker Tiddens provided a spark off the bench with nine points. College of Idaho finished the weekend at 10-6 overall and 5-3 in Cascade Conference play, returning home with valuable road experience as league play continues.
