MEDFORD, Ore. - The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced
Kylie Waltermeyer as the CCC McDonald's Offensive Player of the Week, Presented by Urban Edge Network. Her performances propelled the Yotes to two victories in their first weekend in Caldwell. She scored 30 points shooting 57% from the field and 54% beyond the arc. Waltermeyer also added 19 rebounds on the weekend.
In the season's home opener, Waltermeyer scored 20 points against The Master's University (Calif.) shooting 8 for 10 from the field and going a perfect 4 for 4 from three on the night. She followed up the next night with a double-double against Northern New Mexico College. She scored 10 points and grabbed a career high 16 rebounds.
Waltermeyer and the Yotes return to action in the Best Western Caldwell Inn & Suites Classic facing Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (Ariz.) on November 28th at 5 PM.
