CORVALLIS, Ore. - The Cascade Collegiate Conference announced Yotes women's basketball player
Anna Mooney as the CCC Offensive Player of the Week. In three games last week, Mooney averaged 18 points per game while shooting 66.7% from the field and 64.7% from beyond the arc.
The week started with the Yotes taking on the Mountaineers in a midweek match-up. She was on fire from the three-point line as she went a perfect four for four. En route to 22 points, she was eight for ten from the field in the 71-52 victory over rival Eastern Oregon. She was also prolific in possession and gave away no turnovers.
She followed up her performance Tuesday night with her first ever back to back games with 20+ points. She put on a clinic shooting 80% from the field over the visiting Lions Friday night. She scored six three pointers and finished the night with 23 points and seven assists in the 79-66 victory over Multnomah.Â
After playing Warner Pac Saturday, she finished the week with 54 points, 12 assists, and 17 rebounds.
