Box Score LEWISTON, Idaho – The #8 LC State completed against the Yotes in the fourth game of the series, winning 15-3. The combined 2024 home and away series went 2-6 in favor of the Warriors. The previous series did not count towards conference play.
Jack Ingraham led the Yotes with two hits and batted in all three of the Yotes' runs. His first at bat in the first inning was an RBI single that plated Alex McFarland. In the top of the eighth, McFarland hit a two-RBI single that plated
Chandler Stocking and
Dawson Cummins.
Carter Booth's grand slam in the eight was the biggest blow dealt by the Warriors, who out hit the Yotes 12-6. Consistent hits were the key to the Warriors success who got a hit in every inning except the fourth.
Next weekend, April 12-14 the Yotes host the University of British Colombia Columbia Thunderbirds at Wolfe Field in Caldwell.
