CALDWELL, Idaho - The Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) has released this week's player of the week awards.
Kylie Waltermeyer earned women's basketball offensive player of the week for her stellar offensive performance against the Eastern Oregon Mountaineers.
Waltermeyer scored 19 points on the night in the emphatic 69-62 win. It was the Yotes first win at La Grande since 2010. The sophomore forward went 66.7% from the field with an incredible eight for twelve. She also dished five assists and nabbed six rebounds while only giving the ball away once in 35 minutes of play. She will look to carry her fine run of form at Walla Walla University on Friday December 20th.Â
