CALDWELL, Idaho - The College of Idaho Cheer and Dance Team (head coach GG Anderson) along with coaches from Boise State (Kelsey Messer and Erik Lindgren) and University of Idaho (Katie Doman and Morgan McGee) hosted the inaugural Idaho College Combine for Cheer and Dance Team on June 9-10 at the JA Albertson Activity Center. There were 25 coaches who came to a clinic on Thursday, followed by 80 cheer athletes from all over the Northwest for a two-day camp where participants were involved in cheer on Friday and dance on Saturday for technique development in areas such as jumps, group and partner stunting and tumbling as well as various dance techniques
. Anderson noted that she plans to host the same event next year.
