Ben Gaff, scoring McFarland-Smith and
Skyler Sadora. UBC tied the game in the second, and the Yotes answered with three of their own in the third, capped off by a

Down 5-3 in the eighth, UBC plated a pair of runs thanks to Jonny McGill and Brandon Hupe, tying the game at five. Following a Robertson double to lead off the bottom of the inning,
Tyler Lehnertz was put in to pinch run. A sacrifice bunt by
Jordan Kelly moved Lehnertz to third. It was up to
Jake Denison to drive Lehnertz in. With one out in the inning, Lehnertz took off for home plate, and Denison was able to lay down a bunt which Lehnertz was able to score on, driving in the winning run.
Kirby Robertson improved his record to 3-1 on the day, pitching five innings in relief. Daniel Sereda was tabbed with the game one loss, as his record dropped to 0-2.
