21 College of Idaho Football Student-Athletes Named 2023 Daktronics NAIA Football Scholar-Athlete

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - 21 members of the College of Idaho football team were recognized as 2023 Daktronics NAIA Football Scholar-Athletes. To receive the recognition, a student-athlete have earned at least a 3.5 cumulative grade-point average and be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director.
 
Among the honorees from College of Idaho are Andrew McKague, Andy Peters, Ben Hruby, Brock Richardson, Cade Flint, Caden Cobb, Cameron Simons, Cole Schmidt, Garrett Rehberg, Gavin Mink, Jacob Arms, Jase Applebee, Jaxon Kortlever, Joe Metzger, Josiah Shields, Matthew Iwamizu, Ryan Seth, Spencer Fiske, Tanner Steele, William Botch and Zach Webb.

College of Idaho ended the 2023 season with a 10-3 mark and reached for the first time in program history the NAIA Football Championship Series semifinals.
