CALDWELL, Idaho - A 58.9% shooting by The Master's propelled the visitors to an 89-52 win over College of Idaho on Thursday evening.

The Mustangs (2-0) landed four players in double figures, including Lexi Alexander who had a game-high 19 in the win. The Master's started the game, shooting 60.7% (17-for-28) from the field on its way to the victory.
College of Idaho (0-3) was paced by a 15-point effort from
Mia Austin, who made three 3-pointers in the loss. Three Yotes –
Kylie Waltermeyer,
Bryanna Graham and
Brooke Beresford – each had eight.

A 12-2 run by the visitors put the Yotes behind to start the game and forced them to play catch up for the rest of the contest. A 3-pointer by Austin midway through the second quarter cut the deficit to six, 19-13 for the Yotes with 7:39 left in the opening half. A 13-4 run to end the first 20 minutes by the visitors put the Mustangs ahead 42-25 at the intermission.

17 points would be as close as the host Yotes would get for the remainder of the contest. The Mustangs kept College of Idaho from a comeback with 57.1% (16-for-28) shooting in the final 20 minutes.
